St. Joseph’s University, New York is now accepting nominations for the Esse Non Videri Business and Leadership Awards, which recognize alumni and their extraordinary achievements.
Nominations are open until July 5, and the winners will be announced later this summer. The awards will be presented at the annual Esse Non Videri Gala Awards Dinner on Nov. 3, 2023.
To submit a nomination, please fill out this form. Any person familiar with the achievements of an SJNY graduate can submit a nomination, and self-nominations will also be accepted.
The Esse Non Videri Gala Awards Dinner will be held for the third time this fall. Last year’s event honored alumni who achieved transformational success in the healthcare field.
Among the 2022 winners was Sandra Lindsay ’99, the first person to receive the COVID-19 vaccine in the United States. She received the Presidential Medal of Honor from President Joe Biden for her bravery.
The inaugural event was held in 2021 and recognized alumni heralded as outstanding and influential educators.
A total of 10 SJNY graduates received honors, including Julianna Bove ’82, superintendent for District 22 in Brooklyn, who was named Educator of the Year.
