John Jerralds ’81 (L.I.) was awarded the 2012 Distinguished Alumnus Award from the University of West Florida, where he earned a master’s degree in education leadership. The award is presented to UWF alumni for significant achievements or leadership in their chosen career or field of interest. A former teacher and school administrator, John is currently a member of the city council in Pensacola, Fla.
