Frances Caruso Ruggiero ’70 was married on October 25 to Tom Pasquel. Fran has retired from the Yonkers Public Schools in July. She is happy to announce she welcomed a new granddaughter, Iliana Frances, in March 2013, bringing the total count to four grandchildren, all under the age of 5.
