The Catholic Faith Network (CFN) television series “St. Joseph’s College: Living Our Mission” has returned for a third season with SJC President Dr. Donald R. Boomgaarden as its host.
The series features Dr. Boomgaarden’s interviews with students, staff, faculty and alumni. The episodes cover a broad range of topics and were filmed in late 2021 at the campuses of SJC Brooklyn and SJC Long Island.
This season’s guests are Peter Lin, Ph.D., associate chair of psychology; Tom Petriano, Ph.D., professor and chair of religious studies; S. Marie Mackey, director of campus ministry for SJC Brooklyn; Cristian Murphy, director of campus ministry for SJC Long Island; Heather Barry, Ph.D., associate provost and professor of history; Frank Antonawich, Ph.D, professor of biology; Paulina Melin, director of alumni engagement; SJC alumna Margaret Broda ’04; Shantey Hill, vice president for student life; Janelle Hill, associate vice president for student life; and St. Joseph’s students Ashleigh Hartwig (SJC Brooklyn) and Antonia Dickson (SJC Long Island).
The six-episode series begin airing Feb. 7 on CFN. Air times are Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays at 8:30 p.m.; Wednesdays at 11 a.m.; and Saturdays at 9 p.m.
