More than 220 first-year students at St. Joseph’s University, New York’s Brooklyn Campus gathered on the O’Connor Mall last week for the campus’ 107th annual Investiture ceremony.
The afternoon ceremony on Tuesday, Sept. 20, was the first academic event of the year for the Class of 2026. A time-honored tradition at St. Joseph’s, Investiture symbolizes the beginning of the students’ college journey and the University’s willingness to “invest” in their education.
The new Brooklyn Campus students had the opportunity to listen to inspiring addresses from several administrative, faculty and student leaders.
