St. Joseph’s University, New York held its first annual Health and Wellness Fair Thursday, April 18, on the Long Island Campus.
The event, hosted by the Center for Counseling and Wellness, brought many local vendors and agencies to the McGann Conference Center for students, faculty and staff to explore.
“This exciting event was designed to promote wellness and provide valuable resources to our University Community,” explained Tara Maddalena, Psy.D., director of counseling and wellness at the Long Island Campus.
Nearly 40 different vendors and agencies attended the event, sharing tools, tips and free goodies to help attendees prioritize their own health and wellbeing.
Vendors and agencies spanned all areas of health, including physical, mental and nutritional.
