On March 25, women leaders at St. Joseph’s University, New York were among those honored at the HERALD Premier Business Women of Long Island Awards Gala. The gala took place at the Heritage Club at Bethpage, located in Farmingdale.
The event celebrates the contributions of women in business, highlighting the diverse perspectives, skills and innovations they bring to the field. By bringing together these women, the gala seeks to be a catalyst for closing gender gaps in business and fostering an inclusive environment that inspires equity in the field.

- Eileen White Jahn, Ph.D., Executive Dean of the Long Island Campus
- Marion Kowalski, Interim Financial Officer and Controller
- Jessica McAleer Decatur, Vice President for Marketing and Communications
- Christine Murphy, Vice President for Enrollment Management
- Michelle Papajohn, Chief Information Officer and Vice President for Information Technology
- Rory Shaffer Walsh, Vice President for Institutional Advancement
